Overview

TempCanal Enhanced is a temporary calcium hydroxide root canal treatment paste (45% calcium hydroxide) from Pulpdent, used as an intracanal medicament between endodontic appointments. Its high pH (≥12) provides antimicrobial activity, and its radiopacity facilitates verification under X‑ray. The flowable consistency is designed to reach the apex, while the paste remains stable in the needle, resisting crystallization and clogging. It can be removed at the subsequent visit using irrigation and hand instruments.
