Overview
The Comfy Splints Hand Finger Contracture Cushion is designed to protect the palm and fingers for patients with muscle spasticity, finger flexion contracture, or impaired hand control. It cushions and separates the fingers to reduce friction with the palm, helps limit skin irritation, skin breakdown and maceration, and supports a comfortable resting hand posture. The thumb is positioned in opposition. A thick elastic strap secures the cushion for self-use. Soft, breathable anti-microbial terrycloth and padded finger separators support extended wear; the cover is removable and washable. Suitable for hospitals, rehabilitation centers, long-term care, and home care.
