Directions for use
- Wash and dry hands thoroughly.
- Insert a Contour TS strip into the meter.
- Select the test setting on the meter.
- Use a lancing device to obtain a small blood sample from the fingertip.
- Apply the blood sample to the tip of the strip.
- Wait for the meter to indicate completion (e.g., an audible signal).
- Read the glucose result on the meter display.
Notes
- Single-use only; discard each strip after testing.
- Use a fresh blood sample for every test.
- Keep the strip vial tightly closed until use.
- Do not refrigerate or freeze the strips.
- Do not use after the expiration date.
